Secure Act

The Secure Act, under most circumstances, mandates that distributions of non-spousal inherited IRAs be taken within ten years of the owner's death. This means that IRA beneficiaries will receive larger amounts distributed over a shorter period of time and pay higher taxes on their inheritance.

IRA Charitable Rollover

An IRA rollover allows people age 70½ and older to help support our organization by making a gift directly from their IRA.


On March 27, 2020, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES), was signed into law. The law is intended to help individuals, nonprofits, businesses, and state and local governments with the economic hardships during the coronavirus pandemic.
